Darwin Gaming is the latest partner to join Yggdrasil’s YG Masters program for third-party gaming content creators. As a YG Masters studio, Darwin will develop, deploy and distribute its games using Yggdrasil’s technology and extensive network of operator partners.

They also do not specify the resources used to validate certifications, monitor licences and content, identify irregular practices and operators, or apply moderation measures. 

The absence of governance policies aligned with current regulations and Instagram’s algorithmic recommendations reveals not only an ecosystem that fuels gambling as an alternative to work, but above all, points to a systemic risk in which Meta is a major player. This risk can only be effectively addressed by expanding the obligations of digital platforms.

In this sense, it is necessary to expand the regulatory norms of the SPA and the National Data Protection Agency, beyond transparency reports and the mandatory removal after notification of official administrative decisions, but also with the mandatory inclusion of social and technological resources for monitoring, identifying and moderating this ecosystem.

The Detroit Free Press reported on Wednesday (Sept. 16) that a water tower located northeast of the downtown city was recently painted and branded with Polymarket’s likeness. The water tower is located just off Interstate 94 at Mount Elliott Street, Exit 217.

The water tower is specifically located at the business of Mount Elliott Crushing, a recycler of concrete products. While the water tower is on private land, the City of Detroit requires that permits be secured for advertisements on such structures.

A city spokesperson told the Detroit Free Press that no such permit has been granted for the Mount Elliott Crushing water tower. The city spokesperson said someone from the Buildings, Safety, Engineering, and Environmental Department would be sent to the property for an inspection and “possible correction order.”
